Returns are generally permitted within 30 days of Purchase. Upon our
satisfactory receipt of your sales return, we will refund to you the full amount of the
sales price paid for the merchandise and any applicable sales taxes. |

Return
Procedures |
For
any purchase you wish to return or exchange, please send us an e-mail, call us or send us a
letter before you return the purchase. We will issue a return
merchandise authorization number, give it to you and otherwise properly coordinate the
return. You will need to include this number with your return. Please write it
on the packing slip and/or invoice you received with your shipment. Include these documents
with any merchandise you return to us. |

After
you have received our return merchandise authorization number and other instructions, just
return the item to us as instructed including to the approiate return address that we will
provide. |
|
Ensure
the merchandise is appropriately packaged inside the return carton to adequately protect
the item from damage in transit. Please prepay any shipping charges as we can not
accept C.O.D. shipments. Once you return is received by us, we will send you a
notice via e-mail, letter and/or a phone call letting you know that we received your
return and the amount to be refunded, credited or applied to the exchange as

For
purchases received by you defective, broken or otherwise not suitable for their intended
manufactured use, we will replace the item free of charge. If we are out of stock
in the item you are returning and can not reasonably obtain one in the near future, you
can choose to have us issue you either a refund or a 'store credit' towards your next
purchase. |

We
reserve the right as to the final determination of the nature and cause of the
merchandise's condition and its merchantability once it has been received by
us. |
