| REFER
A FRIEND OFFER DETAILS: To claim your Refer A Friend Cottage
Certificate (Certificate), simply Contact
Us
specifying the month(s) that you are claiming for. After our verification of your
qualification to the claim, we will send you a Refer A Friend Cottage Certificate vial
e-mail. Each Certificate is valid for use for 90 days from the last day of the respective
month claimed for. One Certificate per calendar month may be issued. Certificates
for partial calendar months may be issued. Each calendar month begins a new cycle with
respect to accumulating the number of Referred Members and the applicable Certificate to be
available for claiming that month. |

| The
Referring Member must be in Good Standing to qualify. Each Friend Referred must completely
and accurately fill out the Join the Cottage form. In addition, our 'Welcome to
COTTAGESandGARDENS' e-mail notification sent to the New Member Cottager must not have
'bounced'. We will also send a blind copy of the 'Welcome to COTTAGESandGARDENS' e-mail
notification sent to the New Member Cottager to the Referring Member Cottager as a way of
notifying the Referring Member. |

| The
Refer A Friend Offer (Offer) is good until further notice. The Offer may be be modified
from time to time and/or discontinued. Any changes to the Offer will be posted to this
page on CottagesandGardens.com. All decisions by CottagesandGardens regarding the
qualifications of a Join the Cottage Submission for the Offer, the awarding of Certificates and
other matters are final. |
